I like that it has an easy to use front-end for both developers and end users alike. It also supports multiple programming languages which helps keep things organized in case of future changes or upgrades from another language used within our organization (such as C#). The documentation could be more thorough at times but this does not detract too much overall due its ease of use. Some features are difficult to find when searching online such as how to add new fields/columns to existing tables but these can easily be added through their dashboard once they're discovered. In addition to being able to create forms quickly we were also provided templates so there was no need to learn any coding skills. We've been using thinix internally since early 2016 and have had great success getting all departments up and running efficiently without having to rely heavily upon IT resources.
