Good quality/ Not 180lbs
I'll be straight to the point. Product is made with pretty good quality and all parts came in as advertised except the "180lbs" . there is absolutely no way these bands are close to 180lbs equivalent. To be honest at best they are 120lbs. I am not a large man what so ever and we got these to have a quick light workout on our very busy days and for me it is a waste of time.
