I have to say right away that I love the backpack. The interior is a bit narrower than I expected, but I've learned to work with it. The skin color was a little orange when I received it, but it will darken with use. I read reviews that the stitching came apart after the 30 day return window was closed. So I made sure to check the firmware regularly to spot it before the return window closes. Everything was fine until yesterday. I noticed that the stitching comes from the side where the strap is sewn to the body of the wallet. Imagine my disappointment. I love this handbag. I planned to use this wallet until I died. I'm not one to buy wallets for short-term use. When I find one I like, I use it until it wears out. I thought I could contact the seller and ask for recommendations on how to fix the problem. But it doesn't look like I can. If the seller/creator of this wallet reads this, please contact me. I want to change my one star to 5 stars. *****REDACTED**** I contacted the seller and they refunded me a percentage to cover the cost of the repair since the return window was closed. Luckily I caught it before it completely exploded. I fixed it by pasting the gorillas back with glue. Would I buy this again? I am not sure. It was $60 and real leather that has aged beautifully but I had to fix the strap which was supposed to last over 2 years. I am changing my rating to 3 stars due to an issue with the strap.
