I'm not an espresso connoisseur but I'm a bit of a coffee snob having lived in Central America for many years. invites us to an evening cup of tea. The evenings have reignited my craving for espresso, but I don't have the money (or desk space) for such a machine. When I was in college I had one of these little things on my stove top and I remember it made a good strong espresso; So I figured buying this little one wouldn't hurt. I was right! It works just as well as the one I had when I was younger. Pour the fine grist into the filter, pour water into the lower chamber (don't forget the relief valve that the water will flow through), screw it on, place on the stove and in minutes you'll be making some perfect cups of mozzarella espresso! Easy cleaning, compact storage. What more can I ask for? The capacity of "6 cups" is probably more like 6-SHOTS, which is enough for two people.
