It's easy to use for both our staff as well as customers. The customer service team can be reached at any time by phone or email if you need assistance in an emergency situation such as power outage etc., which was very important since we are located out of town off main roads/trails! We have been using this POS system over 5 years now from small businesses up through large corporations without issues other than minor glitches here & there when new updates were introduced (such has iOS 11). I highly recommend their product because it meets all my needs-easy setup / configuration; great support via telephone during business hours while online chat features available 24 hrs 7 days per week - no problems whatsoever!!
