The best thing about this software is that it is user friendly and can be used at any level of business. I like that it provides flexibility. It does have some glitches here and there but nothing major. We are able to track our sales, create new products and services easily and see all of our data in one place. It's easy to use for both our staff as well as customers. The customer service team can be reached at any time by phone or email if you need assistance in an emergency situation such as power outage etc., which was very important since we are located out of town off main roads/trails! I can use this to keep track of my business expenses as well all receipts for tax purposes! It also makes it easy when trying sell something because everything you need has already been put together in one place!! There isn't much more i dislike about bbLSystem but there could be some minor improvements if they are looking at making an update or new version soon (like adding barcodes).
