The best thing about this software is that it is user friendly and can be used at any level of business. I like that it provides flexibility. It does have some glitches here and there but nothing major. We are able to track our sales, create new products and services easily and see all of our data in one place. This software also allows people with little computer knowledge to use it as well. We love how we are able to keep our data organized in this software. The support team is excellent! They are very responsive and know what they're doing. I used to use this product at my previous job for years and it's still one of the best POS systems I've ever used. It took me a while to get used to the new interface but once I did, everything went smoothly. I honestly can't think about any downsides. This has been an invaluable tool in managing our store operations.
