I can use this to keep track of my business expenses as well all receipts for tax purposes! It also makes it easy when trying sell something because everything you need has already been put together in one place!! There isn't much more i dislike about bbLSystem but there could be some minor improvements if they are looking at making an update or new version soon (like adding barcodes). If your wanting help keeping tabs then definitely get profit system. You will love how organized things become once set up correctly. ! The benefits outweigh any cons by far. !! A great way organize yourself while saving time/money too. . !! Business expense tracking was so hard before using PSI have now realized just what we were missing out from not having proper records kept which saves us lots money each month since our accountant knows exactly where every dollar goes instead off guessing haha :) We used excel previously until getting into POS.
