I bought this through Ebay July 27. Today is March 28, 2020. The green laser pointer stopped working. I don’t even use it but once a month on average. I’m not sure what the warranty is but if it does not even make a yr with very little usage, then it’s unreliable for presentations. Embarrassing product that an cause you embarrassment in front of an audienceUpdate 4/16/2020: I contacted the seller and they were absolutely very understanding & provided courteous professional service. Sally and Mia were my contact support. Mia followed up to make sure I had received my new replacement. These things happen in product manufacturing but it’s good to know this brand company Dino-fire and it’s seller will stand by their product if it fails. Thanks Mia!
