The interface makes learning it easy, you can build out interactive dashboards for all of our key performance indicators/ metrics within minutes! They do an amazing job keeping their API updated with new functions as we use them more &more each month making reporting easier than ever before. In some instances I feel like they could include some better explanations about features such as "pivot", what exactly this means? And how best it would be used compared to other feature options available (example pivot in Tableau vs Qlik's table). Also adding functionality similar to D3 graphs - something i've wished came into some reports in previous years so no longer have to run through separate toolset after importing from another source system to get these charts up & ready for internal management purposes. Creating interactive dashboards which allow customers insight & access when needed most. We are able to quickly see trends I like how easy it was for me, as someone who has never used this type of software before, to get up and running with their service very quickly. The UI/UX could use some polishing but they are working towards fixing those problems too! We were able to create custom dashboards easily using our own internal datasets which we did not have access to via traditional market research systems (Google surveys etc).
