I bought this because my 9 month old was really fascinated by dental floss. The pens are brightly colored and easy for him to grab after watching me use them for a couple of weeks. He likes to imitate me when I floss and brush. I have used toothpicks on myself to demonstrate that they are definitely not suitable for adult teeth but good enough to make my son feel like we are doing the same. I would recommend this floss to other families. Make sure to keep an eye on your little one, he started chewing on it like a rope so I limited his handling.
