Looks like very good quality for the price. The kit costs about $30 more than a regular board. The power supply appears to be of good quality. Also a micro HDMI cable. The case looks really good, fits well. You may need to add some silicone glue to keep the fan from humming. On the SD card was Nobs 3.2.0 which was only released a month ago so I didn't have to download Nobs. Some bad reviews are based on the fact that it requires some knowledge of how the Raspberry Pi works to get started. But this review is about kit and build quality. The supplied instructions are not really sufficient to start the computer. But there are many tips about the Intertubes. If you just want to literally turn it on and use it, consider a Chromebook. This is for a hobby. Some tips. There are some noobs on the SD card that you can use to install Rasparian OS. This will be your hard drive. SD cards tend to fail with this use. So you will find instructions on how to back up on a Windows computer. The standard way has a big problem. SD cards often vary slightly in size. You cannot put large backups on a new SD card if it is 1 KB smaller. You might consider downloading Rasparian OS directly from Pi's website and make sure your partition is say 1MB smaller than the whole SD card. HDMI ports attempt to auto-detect monitors. This may not work with some TVs. You may need to configure manually. Rasparian creates a small section that you can read on a Windows computer to change some settings in the file to make HDMI work. You will also get some errors about partitions that Windows cannot access. No problem. look it up The whole point of Pi is to learn.
