If you just follow the "quick start guide" or guides you find on the web, it won't work. I sent the box back, Revain sent me a replacement. For the new box, I repeated the same steps as for the other one. Again, nothing happened even though I connected the device to three different monitors one after the other via HDMI. Looks like very good quality for the price. The kit costs about $30 more than a regular board. The power supply appears to be of good quality. Also a micro HDMI cable. The case looks really good, fits well. You may need to add some silicone glue to keep the fan from humming. I bought a RasPi4 4Gb model. WOW! This Vilros package was the complete deal; everything you need to get started in just minutes. I've bought half a dozen Rasp Pis, but assembling this case was as easy as mounting the Pi from the bottom, installing heatsinks, connecting two fan wires (the fan was already mounted on top), putting on the top, putting on of the case and inserting a microSD card and plug in the power adapter and micro cable HDMI. Despite all the advantages, the number Pi had some disadvantages in the development process. You always had to access it from a real computer if you wanted to open multiple Chrome tabs while working on a project. Personally I like having multiple tabs while trying to research how to do this or that and I could never do it on Pi 1-3. The 4g model takes it easy.
