I bought this product a year ago and thought it would be great if my internet router and wifi router connected to the wall. Location behind / next to the sofa. I was having serious problems with my internet for 2 months recently. After many technicians came to exchange 4 routers, no problems were solved until the last technician came with a voltmeter! What happened next shocked me. It detects that this surge protector isn't regulating current even when the green light is on, indicating it's protected. After installing the voltmeter, it showed very high performance, which is why the Internet router adapters failed several times, causing Internet outages. It was supposed to protect and regulate the current, but it turned out that the exact opposite was the case. Look for other brands if you need true power control.
