present PERFECT for Kia Forte 2012. As Kia has a security mechanism that requires a dealer code to program, you will need to call the dealer to program the key fob code. If the dealer won't give it to you, call other Kia! We have 50 states with merchants so one of them will give it to you! Got it on the first try, I live in Southern California but called the dealer in Louisiana lol. Then I took it to the lamps and batteries department to have it programmed! They work great!
