This can be a little tricky to install as the copper wires have to be wrapped around the screw rather than going through the hole. If you unscrew the screw too far, the inner plate inside the device will move by itself, making the installation process very tedious, at least for me. The easiest way to install would be to loosen the screw just enough to slide the straightened copper wire in, wrap it around the screw with pliers, and then screw the screw in. I learned this the hard way.
