Review on Swann SWDVK 849808 Security Channel Surveillance by Cameron Kennedy

First I contacted Swann about a possible faulty DVR system, they told me it didn't look like a cable or camera problem and then asked me if the camera light said red at night i yes, they said sorry the cable is broken, and they sent me a cable. Called back with a new issue related to a different karma or channel issue. I removed the camera and replaced it with a backup. red light so I figured it wouldn't work, the second camera cables weren't even connected as if someone forgot to connect them. it does not work. called again said maybe it's the dvr and explained how i'm spending over $500 on this system and it doesn't work at night now i'm sitting here after replacing everything i wrote above new cable new 2 cameras new dvr a and me have the same problem. I just don't believe it and look at the connector and notice the whole Chaox cable has 2 combs and 1 cable 1st all the time and Swann sent the wrong cable and am now running 200ft back through my house for the 3rd time and send it back. I don't want anyone else to ever order a Swann product. Why does it happen at night but I thought I had the wrong cable who knows how many times it is the same color so I didn't pay attention to the details please do not buy from this company. I paid $559 for this system, after 2 months it failed. $100 off If you buy this product and have a problem with it, it's your own fault, take this review seriously. 2 issues until it gets you out of the hassle I went through which I should have done in the beginning. I thought if you pay over $500 you get what you pay for but apparently that is not the case with this company I highly recommend you do not buy this product again today after 3 years I am moving out every day, don't buy that crap
