I wish I found this sooner! After patching holes from other mounts that were having problems, including the last one that only said in fine print that it couldn't be mounted on a metal stud, I decided to give it one last try. It took less than 10 minutes and looks great! The only reason the last boot isn't given is because you have to screw a black nail into the black wire sticking out from under the TV. I am going to change that by buying a cable clamp to make a loop behind the TV and also using the Command weight hook upside down so there are no holes in the wall! I will buy more of these and let people know about it.
