This product is a joke. I installed it in my kitchen and thought it would work well since I have square corners. I rubbed alcohol on the area to make sure the glue was actually sticking to the surface. I don't know what material my kitchen cabinets and drawers are made of, but they look like regular veneer. Anyway, I installed the product when my 10 month old started pulling on the handle to stand up. I figured these things would protect them by keeping the drawers closed. So the glue came off the surface after about 3 days! And my baby didn't even reach her! The only people who opened the drawers were my wife and I to get things in and out and after 3 days those locks fell apart. My advice is to shop around and buy something else.
