I like the design of these corner fasteners. The problem was that the glue wasn't sticky enough. I rubbed alcohol on the dresser where they were supposed to be placed and waited 24 hours after they were attached to use them. That was 2 weeks ago and all but one (out of 8) showed up immediately. I'll try to find a stronger glue to stick them back on and see if that works. It's a good design, but it still needs some work.

Your construction is imperfect and the glue is a joke. The locks must match perfectly when the drawer is closed, otherwise the lock fork will not slide into the slot. This problem is compounded by the fact that any time they aren't perfectly aligned, the plastic latch will separate from the weak adhesive. 1) These locks are only suitable for right angle furniture. They fit perfectly on my son's dresser. However, they're pretty fiddly to lock and unlock (not the best design) and they don't automatically close when you close the drawers. To lock them again, I had to manually snap them back (as if opening them). The adhesive is very strong - in fact this could be a disadvantage for you if you are putting these locks on something that is important to you in the long run.
