Okay, can't tell from the picture but this little bag has 2 large main compartments, a center zipped credit card sized pocket and two slip pockets that can hold alcohol swabs, band aids, chewing gum ! To give you an idea of what can fit, in a large compartment I put a thin bandage (for a hard day), band-aids, square alcohol swabs, packets of antibacterial wipes, and a packet of medication. , the middle mailbox holds my random cards/bank cards which I don't always take for coins, the other large compartment has mini lotion, lip balm and hair ties. Two slip pockets contain a pack of chewing gum and the other a pack of Benadryl chewing gum. In fact, this is an organizer for a bracelet or a small bag without pockets. I use it in my mini bff jam.
