I bought this because I often adopt newborn kittens. I bought a similar one from another brand but was looking for a smaller one that would be more travel friendly. The one I bought before was great and I liked it but it was a different brand. So I found this and decided to give it a try. It has some nice features. I like that the top is unbuttoned, removed, there is a pocket on the outside. The door can be velcroed in place so it doesn't get in the way, although it's more difficult to get it to stay put than my other one. My problems with this door are particularly due to the quality. It doesn't hold its shape very well. The side always seems to be bent inwards there, which is annoying. I also noticed that the bottom lining has small cat claw holes in it. Not super amazing but compared to my other one it didn't have any holes and I've had it longer. It's functional and I'll probably keep using it until I can, but I wouldn't buy it again.
