I give 3/5 stars. I use them and they enhance the flavors of the whiskey but mine are so different from the pictures that I'm a bit disappointed. The bottom is hollow, so instead of a bowl, a small cast is placed in the bottom. They just suit me. The shape is stylish and concise. They sound pleasant when they toast each other. I really notice a difference in how the flavors are concentrated in the tight mouth compared to a Rocks glass. The rim is very thin, it is convenient to drink from it. They are almost identical and pleasantly heavy at the bottom. It takes a long time to bring them down. However, I have much more free space in the database than can be seen in the seller's photos. The bases of my jars only have 1/2 inch glass at the bottom and then the shank/neck of the base holds about a half ounce of liquid below the main bowl. The whiskey is still able to circulate around the glass but I would like the whiskey to sit higher in the 'cup' of the glass like in the seller's photos. Also, someone said they look like a certain type of adult toy cork, and now I can't hide it Ooh, I'm back to the usual Glencairn.
