I have a RV with 6 headlights that uses this ballast. They had two F15 T8 bulbs and the light output was 25W. They were manufactured by Thin Lite Corporation. I replaced a ballast last week and it worked great. Then, to my surprise, the other light source failed. So I ordered another one and it was delivered last Saturday. The car is 10 years old. The old ballast was riveted. I snapped off the old rivets and attached the new ballast with velcro. I changed one cable at a time. You have a scheme, but you don't want to mix it up. The product appears to be well made and the wires are tied together so there is no stress on the PCB connectors.
