Wow. these things work really great! I've used systems in the past that claim all you need is their product and nothing else to keep your bike upright. These claims turned out to be false. Tank Straps, on the other hand, simply carried a 700+ pound Harley for over 200 miles with no other equipment or straps. What I really have to point out is the fact that the suspension was unstressed, so don't worry about over-tightening the ratchet straps damaging your suspension on the way home or to the racetrack. (There's nothing more frustrating than a blown fork seal when you're unloading and getting ready to ride.) These things are reliable. Another advantage is the possibility of attaching and detaching the bike without helpers. I highly recommend ordering a pair if you're ever planning on transporting a bike, especially if you have one or more bikes. They paid for themselves on the first ride.
