They work great! I just picked up my first bike (on my way back now) and bought these straps after watching a youtube video showing how to tie a bike to a trailer. I was concerned because Harleys are pretty heavy, but you really only need these two straps (sold in pairs). I like that they are wide, durable and easy to use. I'm a woman who learned how to use it on YouTube in 5 minutes and would definitely recommend it!

They're great, strong and inspire confidence in transporting your bike when you need it. I used them to purchase a new bike that I bought out of state. I would ride, but it's winter now. Of course, who wants to spend oodles of money on a bike and risk having their straps deteriorate hauling it home. You can easily cope with this task. I just transported my 4 Harleys (2 Dyna, V-Rod and Sportster) to the covered storage area by myself using these straps. With these tank straps for the front forks, the bikes were very solid on my trailer. As an extra precaution, I also used a pair of swingarms. Wow. these things work really great! I've used systems in the past that claim all you need is their product and nothing else to keep your bike upright. These claims turned out to be false.
