I wish I had ordered a large one. I have a skinny boyfriend but I washed them first and they shrunk a little and they were a little tight which is NOT what you want in pajama bottoms. However, they are very soft and luxurious, they are BETTER than LLBEAN! They are thicker and therefore SOFT. So next time I'll really consider ordering a larger size (maybe sooner rather than later). Just to note that the LLbean pant I bought had a hole in the knee after a few seasons of wearing. It's ridiculous for minimal sleepwear for pants that cost $40. If you are the right size you will love these pants.
