I have no idea about the other claimed health benefits of them, I'm a bit skeptical and haven't noticed any change after using them so I won't comment on that. What I do know for sure is that I have a five year old who was afraid to go to bed in the dark and a one year old who still wakes up at night and I wanted a good night light for both of them. Something not too light and soothing in color. You have done a great job. I'll be honest they looked crappy when they arrived (well packaged but typical white salt macras were everywhere). I rinsed and dried them thoroughly and they looked great. I keep them on sandstone coasters according to the instructions (bit about salt sweats) and they work great. The adjustable brightness was nice and they give off a soothing orange glow that's perfect for sleeping. We keep our settings on the lowest level and there's enough light to see what you're doing at night without disturbing sleepers. Great little flashlights!
