It was a very easy install! It took me a while to pair it to my wifi but as it turns out I just didn't read the instructions. There was a specific combination of buttons that had to be pressed on the remote to enter pairing mode. Once I figured that out, there were no issues enabling voice commands. It randomly started beeping in the middle of the night but nothing turned on or off. It was mounted very high so I couldn't remove it right away, but when I went to remove it at lunchtime it stopped beeping and just buzzed very loudly. None of the controls worked from smart devices or even from the included remote. I can't believe this happened within two weeks of the return window closing! It's like it was designed to only fail after 90 days of use. I've since checked other reviews and seen other people describing pretty much the same thing! Avoid at all costs!
