Great product with great customer support
Great product. Excellent customer care. The wooden stand is quick and easy to set up, if perhaps a bit clunky. But it seems strong enough and lasted the whole 10 minutes. They seem almost identical to other similar wooden shelves or higher priced. Customer service responded quickly to my request and took care of everything without any problems on my part. Racks do not come with mounting hardware, so be sure to bring your own. I'm okay with that, because I usually throw those screws in the trash for my or my benefit. I've used TimberLocks, it's overkill. Overall I feel I got more than what I paid for. Pleasantly surprised.
