It is the same as my more expensive mat, just a different color
I love this baking mat. It is very comparable to my Silpat mat. I have both and besides the color, I can not tell the difference. I have only used it once, but will update my review if my opinion changes.

- PERFECT SIZE: Fits US standard size baking sheets, full sheet pan (15-3/4" x 23-5/8"). Mat thickness is 0.75 mm (approx. 1/32"). Perfect for baking, kneading, rolling, candy/macaron/pastry/cookie/bun/bread making as well as for freezing meat balls, dumplings, fruits and vegetables

- The mat can be difficult to clean and may require scrubbing, especially if stains or residue are baked on
