Not Just For Baking Cookies!

This Homankit silicone baking mat would probably be good for baking cookies. I have another silicone baking mat that I use for cookies. I bought this one for a very different purpose. I use it to wrap around a hot rifle barrel so I can disassemble a Beretta ARX-100 rifle and store it in a small backpack (actually a 15" notebook PC carrying case). It is the same as my more expensive mat, just a different color

I love this baking mat. It is very comparable to my Silpat mat. I have both and besides the color, I can not tell the difference. I have only used it once, but will update my review if my opinion changes.

use it as a pastry mat ,this is exactly what I want

It is exactly what I want ! I use it as a pastry mat. I put it on the countertop it didn’t slide Or move, It is thick enough and easy to clean. I love the color . I have been looking for a pastry mat that has clean look not a lot of writing on it. This is perfect!

Worth owning more than one!

I have one of these at home but am traveling for the summer & really wanted one for travel so this works great. The mat may not provide enough friction for certain types of dough, causing them to slip and slide while rolling or shaping.
