Decent yarn but not very stretchy

When I ordered this yarn I was under the impression that it would be very stretchy. It is not. It stretches a little more than regular thread, but not by much. So far I've only used the white bobbin, but so far it works well on the sewing machine and doesn't stand out too much on other colors either. Looks solid, no breakage issues.
