NOTHING sticks there. exceeded my expectations
We bought this because we were tired of scrubbing burnt eggs, fried onions etc off the edge of our old spatula. I bought this hoping for the best. scrub less. To my delight. ZERO cleaning is not required. Almost anything falls off this spatula when you pour water on it. Leftover food can be removed simply by gently stroking the edge with your finger. This thing really looks and feels like high quality kitchen utensils! It exceeded my expectations and I can only recommend it. PS - I expect a soft rim to extend the life of nonstick pans.
