Very disappointed as it was a waste of money. The connection is so finicky that I have to fiddle with it for 10-15 minutes to charge it. If I then put the Fitbit charger down, I lose the connection. Then I try for another 10 minutes or so, and when I finally managed to put my charging Fitbit on the table, it took me half a day to charge it to 50%. I know my Fitbit works well because it was charging without any problems before I lost my charger and had no problems when I tried it with a friend's charger.
