I bought this to replace a twenty year old standard Specialized hardtail seat that I converted into an all terrain bike. With a pandemic raging, this is more of a race bike than anything else and after a few rides I'm happy to say it's comfortable and looks well made. It only has a few hundred miles at the moment but I will update my review if it doesn't stand the test of time. I'm in good shape at 185 pounds and don't feel like I'm in any danger of destroying this seat yet. It's not a negative, but I've noticed that some of the shorts snag on it when riding around town—just not the slick vinyl from the stock seat. I am very happy with the seat.
