I bought it for my son last Christmas because my son is very fond of cars. I was looking for a fun remote control car that was fast, durable and also worked. The package arrived in a timely manner, but when it came time to open it up and play with it, the first issue we had was that the screw had snapped off, making it difficult for us to put the batteries in ! After trying to open it, it didn't close properly. Then when my son tried to play with it he had fun but it wasn't as quick as claimed and didn't work well with our carpeting which was one of the reasons I bought it and the other reason he remembered reminded me that my brother had a similar one when he was young. And after just ten minutes of play, it smelled like electricity and needed to be charged! General rating is not worth the money, better look elsewhere!
