I've used this service for our small business before so we're pretty familiar with it's functionality! There are some features that can't sync up between events such as names (sometimes first or last is not accurate).
It would also be helpful if you could add information directly into your event without having to wait until after booking to find out what changes were made. We like how easy-to-use it is - most people new to Eventbrite know exactly where they need to go once logging in. This saves us time from manually creating an account each year during registration season!! Having all registrations under one place lets us easily see who RSVP'd yes/no/maybe/etc at which point we make decisions about seating etc accordingly.
