The first speaker I received was defective. Didn't hold a charge and refused to turn on. I decided to email the seller directly and let him know my concerns. Without hesitation, the seller offered to send me a replacement unit free of charge. They also responded in a timely manner and the replacement unit came very quickly. Excellent customer service! Now to the device itself: It is very loud. Much louder than I expected which is great. The sound quality itself is also very good. Pure sounding music. It is very easy to use and pair via Bluetooth. The new device keeps a charge for a long time, there were no problems. I want to buy another one so I can chain them together for an even louder sound. Now for my complaint: Despite the fact that this device is advertised as "waterproof", you take it seriously. If you read further in the description it says that it is more water resistant than anything else. I'm glad I read this before using the device as I assumed I could use it in the shower when I first bought it. To reduce the risk of breaking the device, I hang it outside the shower where it's within reach in case I want to change what I'm hearing, but that way it's safe from possible damage. Overall I am more than satisfied with the device and especially the seller. If you have a problem, try to communicate as it can get you far. Things happen. Sometimes things arrive broken. What matters is how it is dealt with. I think this speaker is way better than others I've tried.
