Product works as described, but being a proprietary product, it is overpriced for what you get. Revo have chosen not to use standard BNC connectors on some of their DVRs, meaning you will need to purchase this item if you already have cameras with standard BNC connectors. After buying these two devices for over $24 I decided it wasn't worth converting 12 cameras into one Revo device or buying expensive Revo cameras. I returned the whole 16 channel system to Samsclub and bought a cheaper professional unit. that Revo with all RJ-BNC adapters. Revo DVRs seem to work fine, it's just proprietary stuff that ended the deal for me. Who knows, maybe it's just perfect for you.
