These are not oil lubricating screws, class 10.9. Have them because they are lockable, spin freely, and don't need extra washers. Easy to install in hard-to-reach places. It's also cheap enough for me to use at home. The only complaint is that a 2" piece broke off in the clear box. Insert some cardboard to fill the gap and it will work.
