Prismatic diffuser is 0.6" smaller in diameter but more efficient than the SeaDog. Molded plastic base feels slightly thicker and stiffer than the SeaDog. After a few minutes, the white array began to dim and then played a sequence simulating circular motion around the outer ring of LEDs. Then it stopped. The white array no longer works.
