So it's definitely not a squat guard. You could see while crouching, but it looks beautiful standing up. It's comfortable but lifts when you walk, so running isn't, but it's just nice to wear around the house. Sorry for the fat rolls, but the pictures should tell the whole story. I ordered a large but I probably should have ordered a medium. I gained weight during my pregnancy so I ordered this to start my weight loss journey. So it will most likely be my house clothes.
