Perfect for leg day!
I had a leg injury a couple of years back and unfortunately I still feel the remnants of it on my right knee. To this day, leg exercises are painful.I got this in hopes that it would help with the pain and allow me to do leg day without any aches. And thankfully so far so good! They are soft and breathable. I truly do forget I’m wearing them (although the color reminds me lol).Good for people who have knee problems but still want to do squats
