This item was just as described and will fit a T-Track width of 5/16" width. My track is approximately 1/64" to 1/32" wider than the nominal 5/16" width. This was my dilemma when ordering this online and I am glad I chose this unit instead of the 1/4" width which would be to sloppy. The directions come in with metric and list the T width as 8mm, instead of 5/16", but don't be concerned, these are the same width. Just make sure you clean your track very well, spray silicon lubricant spray in tracks and wipe excess off. Slid very easily except for the last foot or so but just support end have someone pull the last distance. Fits and seals very well. May need to adjust garage door downward pressure after installed, I was lucky and needed no adjustment. Highly recommend and will see how this holds up through the changes of the seasons in PA.
