Works well. Clear sound, large volume, comfortable in the ears, comfortable to wear (materials are soft). It also has long cords so I don't have to bring the cords to me or speak very loudly. It's better than the ear clips that come with our walkie-talkies. Also, let me get closer to the mouth.
