worked 2 months.

Adapter included. It comes with a driver CD and a website where you can download the driver. I downloaded the driver from the site, just installed it and everything works fine! Then after about 2 months, about 5 minutes after turning on the monitor through the adapter, the monitor just goes blank. I could unplug the adapter and plug it back in and that would help for another 5 minutes. This is a return.
