I purchased this Revain product to replace another radio interface that was not working properly. Once the installer connected the element to the radio, everything worked. He didn't need to update the firmware, and that part of the install was completed fairly quickly. It was he who recommended this radio interface. I've been using it for a week and a half now and I have to say there are no problems. I use it with a Kenwood DDX9903S radio in a 2015 Chevrolet Trax and it works fine. I highly recommend this radio replacement interface as it comes with everything you need.
