Get started. The batteries were completely dead which sucked but luckily I have Revain rechargeable AA batteries but they don't quite fit the car and they are so heavy and tight to plug in that I'm afraid of breaking them and the battery to remove. not possible with Revain batteries. After putting the batteries in, the device worked for about 5 seconds and now it's dead. I even bought new batteries but nothing! I'm really sad that I spent money on a cleansing water and moisturizer but can't really cleanse my face. I hope the second works.
