Edited Review: I downgraded my rating from 2 stars to 1 star. I have only used the vacuum for about an hour since January 31, 2020. It's April 9th, 2020 and Shop Vac is closed. The engine made a terrible noise, smoke came out of it, and it stalled. The company I bought it from didn't help. The shop vacuum was useful, but the engine is on standby until June. First review: A shop vacuum works well with very fine particles, but not so well with wood chips. The hose is too small and clogs very easily. In addition, the engine is very noisy. I have to wear hearing protection to use it. I had to contact customer service about a broken part (the tab that holds the accessory box). They were very helpful and sent the right part straight away. I would give 5 stars for customer service.
